Join our energetic team delivering high-quality AV services for a variety of events, including conferences, festivals, private functions, and weddings. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual with hands-on experience in audio, lighting, staging, and rigging. Key Responsibilities: * Set up, operate, and dismantle audio, lighting, staging, and rigging equipment for live events * Work collaboratively with the technical team and event organisers to meet client requirements * Conduct pre-event checks and troubleshoot technical issues on-site * Ensure all equipment is safely rigged and in compliance with health and safety standards * Maintain and organise AV gear, reporting any faults or necessary repairs Requirements: * Proven practical experience in sound, lighting, staging, or rigging * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure * Good communication and teamwork abilities * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours as needed * Full UK driving licence Is essential
