Job Description
Join our energetic team delivering high-quality AV services for a variety of events, including conferences, festivals, private functions, and weddings. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual with hands-on experience in audio, lighting, staging, and rigging.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Set up, operate, and dismantle audio, lighting, staging, and rigging equipment for live events\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work collaboratively with the technical team and event organisers to meet client requirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Conduct pre-event checks and troubleshoot technical issues on-site\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure all equipment is safely rigged and in compliance with health and safety standards\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain and organise AV gear, reporting any faults or necessary repairs\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven practical experience in sound, lighting, staging, or rigging\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure\\n\\n * \\n\\n Good communication and teamwork abilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours as needed\\n\\n * \\n\\n Full UK driving licence Is essential
