Car Park Marshal

Job description: PLEASE NOTE – This is a temp contract, only working 5 shifts in total: * 28/11/25 – 11:00-19:00 (7.5hrs) * 29/11/25 – 11:00-19:00 (7.5hrs) * 30/11/25 – 10:00- 16:00 (6hrs) * 27/12/25 – 11:00-19:00 (7.5hrs) * 28/12/25 – 10:00- 16:00 (6hrs) We are looking for helpful and friendly Car Park Marshals to assist us in customer service and traffic flow. No experience is needed, and training will be provided. Candidate Specifications: * No experience is required as full training will be provided. * Flexibility and an ability to get to the event are essential. * Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative. * Highly motivated with a \’can do\’ attitude. * A clean and smart personal appearance. * Reliable and polite. The Ideal Candidate: A perfect candidate should have a customer-friendly approach to the role, have good customer service and communication skills and have the following characteristics: * Good organizational skills * Quick decision making * Assertiveness and confidence * An ability to diffuse difficult situations A friendly, approachable and professional manner is very important.
