A specialist investment firm in the health and medical sector, with a collaborative, professional culture and a long-term approach to investing based in the West End, is seeking an experienced Assistant to support senior professionals and manage the smooth running of the London office.

The Role

  • Extensive diary management for senior stakeholders, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
  • Travel coordination and meeting and event logistics
  • Preparation and formatting of presentations and meeting materials (PowerPoint)
  • Managing incoming deal flow and supporting investment and investor-related processes
  • Processing expenses and maintaining organised records
  • Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for office and facilities matters, liaising with suppliers and building management

About You

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant
  • Background in financial services or professional services strongly preferred
  • Proven experience supporting senior individuals in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational, diary management and communication skills
  • Confident Microsoft Office user, particularly PowerPoint
  • Proactive, reliable, calm and team-oriented, with a stable career history
