For our client, a prestigious international financial organisation based in Mayfair, we are looking for a receptionist with facility management experience. This international organisation is looking for a candidate with a professional and can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills are a must.

Main Duties

  • Reception
    • Handling meeting room schedule, informing building security about guests visiting and picking them up from the building reception when they arrive.
    • Arranging meeting rooms, organising refreshments, breakfast, and lunch as and when required.
    • Handling telephone calls in an efficient and helpful manner, taking messages and passing them on.
    • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail (post and courier).
  • Facility Management
    • Dealing with contractors (cleaning, maintenance, building security, fruit provider, lunch providers, plant provider, business card provider).
    • Ensuring stationery and kitchen supplies are available.
    • Management of meeting room booking system.
    • Visitor booking using building management system.
    • Raising and following up on work orders with vendors.

5 days/week in office - 8am-5pm
