We are looking for a dynamic and experienced EA (5 years + at Senior level) preferably in finance, to join a highly successful Private Equity company based in the West End.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly professional and motivated individual. You will be assisting a Senior Partner in a dynamic and collaborative set up. Key responsibilities:
- Manage busy diary, schedule meetings, video conferences
- Organise international travel (often last minute)
- Process expenses and provide administrative support
- Organise large events
- Prepare presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ad hoc project work
- Compile market and internal information
- Generate reports using graphs, charts, diagrams and tables for brochures
