Senior Executive Assistant to Partner Strategy Consultancy London, EC4
An exciting opportunity for a high-calibre EA to join a leading international strategy consulting firm, supporting two senior Partners in a classic 1:2 role.
This is a genuine Partner-level EA position for someone who is proactive, commercially aware and confident enough to take ownership.
One of the Partners is a long-standing member of the firm's leadership team, leading a major industry sector and holding significant internal responsibilities. She is looking for an EA she can trust completely: someone who anticipates what is needed, stays one step ahead and gets things done.
The role will include:
- Complex diary management and forward planning
- Extensive international travel coordination
- Managing competing priorities across multiple time zones
- Working with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipating issues and resolving them before they become problems
- Providing polished, discreet and highly responsive support
We are looking for an experienced EA who has supported at Partner or at a similarly senior level and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
You will be organised, calm, intelligent and proactive, with excellent judgement and the confidence to work independently. Most importantly, you will genuinely enjoy being an EA and take pride in becoming an indispensable right hand to your Partners.
Experience within strategy consulting, professional services, financial services or private equity would be preferred
