A globally respected investment management firm is seeking a high‑calibre Executive Assistant to support a senior Portfolio Manager and their team. Role
- Provide high‑level support to a senior Portfolio Manager, their research team and an additional senior stakeholder
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordination of international travel, often multi‑stop and itinerary‑heavy
- Schedule and manage meetings across global stakeholders and investor networks
- Support investor roadshows, conferences and team logistics
- Track research activity, broker meetings and maintain relevant data
- Manage expenses and day‑to‑day team administration
- Act as a central point of coordination for the team, ensuring smooth operations
- Contribute to projects and process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Ideal Applicant
- Proven EA experience within financial services preferably PE, VC or investment Management
- Technologically capable, with an interest in AI and process improvement
