Junior PA for small corporate satellite office of international company (West End)

Based in beautiful Mayfair offices used by the Chairman, CEO and board members when in London, you will be required to work alongside the office manager to ensure the impeccable 5 star running of the office.

Role

  • Receive visitors and contractors
  • Make refreshments as required
  • Liaise with hotels regarding bookings
  • Book chauffeurs and car services
  • Make restaurant reservations
  • Coordinate catering for board meetings
