Investor Relations EA

Private Equity based in Mayfair

Up to £65K plus bonus & benefits – 2/3 days WFH

Previous Investor Relations experience is a must (ideally in finance)

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide EA support to the Investor Relations Partner (calendaring, organizing travel, etc.) and organize travel for the IR team
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. IR team, Investment team, EA team, placement agent, external counsel, investor contacts, etc.)
  • Organization of roadshows and conferences abroad,
  • Organization of meetings and onsite due diligence meetings with investors
  • Organization of Advisory Committees for the Funds Organization of IR events (AGM, conferences…)
  • Assist IR team with select internal infrastructure tasks (e.g. track meetings, keep IR CRM up to date) Work with the global EA team and provide cover when needed

  • Experience working in a dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of working with Senior Management across a range of business functions
  • Excellent command of Microsoft tools, in particular Outlook, Excel and Teams
  • Team player, with willingness to go the extra mile together Highly organized with ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to details and good prioritizing
  • Clear, structured and concise written and oral communication
  • Good command of another European language is an advantage
