GERMAN SPEAKING Executive Assistant to 2 MDs

Up to £80,000 + very generous bonus and benefits Package

West End, London | 1 day WFH

Our client is a high performing Private Equity firm based in the West End. They are looking for a Senior EA with fluent German to assist 2 MDs and their team (light touch only).

ROLE:

  • Manage emails, meeting requests, and last-minute calendar changes (including different time zones).
  • Schedule complex international travel arrangements in great detail, and prepare thorough itineraries, reservations, visas, etc.
  • Support Partner preparing for both internal and external meetings (from aiding research, to collating necessary info, to organising locations and all due diligence associated with it).
  • Provide timely updates on different assignments to both MDs and wider team.
  • Assist with organising and maintaining minutes and materials for various firm meetings.
  • Liaise with external clients adhering to the company culture and values, to build the relationship.
  • Other general and ad-hoc responsibilities within the Executive Assistant role.

CANDIDATE: Their Business Support collective team is composed of highly talented and intelligent people who all work closely together to come up with (creative) solutions to meet their principal’s needs.

  • (ESSENTIAL) Complete fluency in German (at business level).
  • Minimum of 5 years + of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Have excellent performance records, and tangible examples of aiding senior principals.
  • Previous experience within finance would be preferred, but it isn’t essential.
  • Excellent track record of managing demanding calendar and international travel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to draft, review, and maintain corporate documents.
  • Ability to understand and follow processes and governance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.

Hours are 8am-5pm / 1 day WFH on Fridays | Excellent benefits
