We are looking for a highly professional receptionist with previous experience in corporate environments, dealing with senior level executives and high profile clients. The team is international and dynamic and is looking for a candidate with a professional and approachable attitude. Excellent communication skills a must.

MAIN DUTIES
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- Greeting guests and Senior Executives in the most professional manner
- Handling meeting room schedule, inform building security about guest visiting and picking them from building reception when they arrive
- Arranging meeting rooms, organising refreshments, breakfast and lunch as and when required
- Handling telephone calls, emails and any requests in an efficient and helpful manner, taking messages and passing to them on
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail (post and courier)
- Occasional administrative duties including diary management and organising international travel

Salary for the role is £38K plus benefits – 5 days/week in office
