Our client is a well-known and sought-after global financial services firm, within the investment space. Their teams are highly experienced, highly motivated in delivering results, and very busy. Overall, they look well after their staff, reflective across their benefits, retention, and reputation.

You will be able to work with various high-performing teams, and grow with the business on a permanent basis. All of their business support staff works in a very tight-knit way, and have a strong collaborative team spirit.Â

They are currently looking for a dynamic Float EA to provide 1st class business support across different teams. In this role, you will gain exposure to a dynamic and international environment.

- Manage meeting requests, and last-minute calendar changes (including at times, different time zones).Â
- Schedule travel arrangements in detail (including at times, different time zones).Â
- Support the teams by preparing for both internal and external meetings (from aiding research, to collating necessary info, to organising locations, and all due diligence).Â
- Assist with organising and maintaining all relevant materials for various firm meetings.Â
- Process expenses (using Concur), and ensure all information is collated as needed.Â
- Other general and ad-hoc responsibilities within the Business Support remit (helping the Office Manager, Events team, etc.).Â
