EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO GENERAL COUNSEL & LEGAL TEAM

An exceptional opportunity for aseasoned, intelligent and highly capable EAto join the in-house Legal Team of a highly respected international investment firm.
Despite the title of Team Assistant, this isnot a junior role. You will support the General Counsel and senior legal professionals, taking real ownership across EA, operational and administrative responsibilities.
You will be responsible for:
- Complex diary and meeting management, travel and expenses
- Supporting the General Counsel and senior lawyers across competing priorities
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents, correspondence and presentations
- Managing confidential documents, version control, signatures and execution
- Maintaining team trackers, records and management systems
- Supporting board materials, governance and regulatory processes
- Coordinating actions and deadlines and ensuring excellent follow-through Identifying problems and proactively improving processes and ways of working
We are looking for agrown-up EAwho is calm under pressure, thinks ahead, uses good judgement and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
You will be:
- Experienced as an EA withinLegal, Compliance, Risk, financial services, investment management or professional services
- Highly organised, discreet and detail-focused
- Proactive, resourceful and resilient
- Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders
- Naturally curious and keen to understand the bigger picture
- Able to manage changing priorities with composure
- Comfortable receivingdirect, constructive feedbackand using it to develop
