We are looking for a dynamic and experienced EA (2 years + at Senior level) preferably in finance, to join a high profile international Asset Management group based in the West End. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly professional and motivated individual. You will be assisting Senior Partners and their team in a dynamic and collaborative set up.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage busy diaries, schedule meetings, video conferences
- Organise international travel (often last minute)
- Process expenses
- Provide administrative support
- Prepare presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ad hoc project work
- Compile market and internal information
