A high-performing, private investment group is looking for a standout EA to join its dedicated Events Team. This is not a traditional EA role. It is hands-on, fast-paced and heavily event-driven, ideal for someone who thrives on delivery, detail and being at the centre of execution.
Role
- Supporting senior stakeholders with daily administrative tasks and projects
- Diary, meeting and travel management
- Expense management
- Working closely with the EA team to ensure seamless coverage
Event Delivery
- End-to-end coordination of offsites, conferences and flagship internal events
- Venue and event bookings, hotel bookings and full travel logistics for attendees
- Managing group movements (transfers, coaches) and attendee experience
- Overseeing dinners, hospitality and high-end event details (menus, wines, etc.)
- Onsite execution – ensuring everything runs seamlessly
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Managing external vendors, venues and event partners
- Coordinating AV, presentations and breakout sessions
- Negotiating rates and maintaining strong supplier relationships
Budget & Commercial Oversight
- Managing event budgets and tracking spend
- Driving cost efficiencies without compromising quality
Ideal Applicant
- Proven EA experience within a corporate environment (finance/professional services preferred)
- Strong, hands-on event coordination experience – this is essential
- Highly organised, detail-obsessed and naturally proactive
