For a major global investment bank, we are recruiting a motivated and proactive EA to support 1 MD and their team of 5 people. Team player with a cooperative and easy to work with attitude.
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in finance (3 years +) to provide first class administrative and secretarial support to this dynamic and inspiring team.
Key skills:
- IT literate (Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Able to manage a heavy workload, prioritising and completing tasks autonomously
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Key responsibility:
- Diary management: able to manage several busy diaries across multiple time zones
- Heavy meeting scheduling
- Travel coordination
- Expense reports
- CRM tool management
- Meeting and events organisation
