Executive Assistant – Investment Management
West End London | Hybrid Working
An opportunity for an experienced EA to join a highly regarded international investment management firm, supporting a senior investment professional and three members of the wider investment team.
The firm offers an intellectually stimulating, collaborative environment where independent thinking, integrity and high standards are valued. This is a role for someone who enjoys working with bright, commercially minded individuals and wants to contribute beyond traditional EA support.
The Role
- Complex diary management, global scheduling and international travel.
- Coordinating meetings across time zones, investor roadshows and industry events.
- Supporting investment research through report sourcing, data collation and tracking company interactions.
- Managing expenses, conference registrations and wider team administration.
- Taking ownership of projects, anticipating needs and improving processes
About You
- 5 years + EA experience gained within investment management, asset management or a similarly demanding financial services environment is essential.
- You will be highly organised, commercially aware and exceptionally detail-oriented, with the resilience and judgement to manage demanding stakeholders, shifting priorities and urgent requests. A proactive, solutions-focused approach, discretion and clear communication are essential.
Quietly confident, intellectually curious and a genuine team player, you will enjoy working with analytical investment professionals and take pride in making a meaningful contribution.
Working Pattern: Hybrid, with a general expectation of at least three days per week in the London office.
