Our client, a well-established Firm is looking for an experienced Commercial / Real Estate Paralegal to join the Team. The role requires the successful candidate to ideally have a law degree or significant experience in a commercial property setting and be confident in assisting fee earners.
ROLE:
- Assisting the onboarding team
- Supporting the team on a day-to-day basis including client calls, emails and in person meetings
- Compiling your own written communications
- Drafting documentation as required
- Assisting with post completion matters and file closing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Significant experience - commercial / real estate.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills, including data inputting
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience in amending and collating letters, communicating with clients, third parties and colleagues.
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering and client due diligence procedures is preferable, along with being numerically confident.
- Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and working with client ledgers.
