An exciting opportunity is available for a Paralegal to join a well-established Dispute Resolution Team in Marlow. The commercial dispute resolution team represents clients in High Court litigation in England and Wales and also handles Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes, including arbitration and mediation.
ROLE: Assist the Private Wealth Disputes Team on a mixture of matters, including Contentious Probate Matters, challenges to the validity of Wills, executor disputes, trustee disputes and Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees. Undertaking research on developing areas of law and procedure to remain up to date on key issues. Drafting letters, documents and court proceedings.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Contentious probate experience is desirable.
- High levels of communication skills.
- Administration and telephone skills.
- Time management skills.
- Meet relevant quality and professional standards.
MORE JOB INFO: Office based Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Pension scheme. 5-week holiday allowance, with an office closure between Christmas and New Year.
