Our client, a leading specialist Insurance organization is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service professional to join their well-established Claims Department. The main purpose of the role will be to deliver high quality service to the Customers in all aspects of the claims processes. This is a Full Time office based role situated in the Croxley Business Park.
ROLE:
- Deliver high quality service to customers in all aspects of claims processes.
- Providing professional and friendly telephone-based assessments and authorization of claims.
- Providing written confirmation of claims assessments and decisions.
- Dealing with invoice payment queries.
- Undertake general office duties from time to time when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 yearsβ Customer Service experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Customer-centric.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
