Our client, a leading specialist Insurance organization is recruiting for an experienced Claims Consultant to join their well-established team. The main purpose of the role will be to deliver high quality service to the Customers in all aspects of the claims processes. This is a Full Time office based role situated in the Croxley Business Park.

ROLE:

  • Deliver high quality service to customers in all aspects of claims processes.
  • Providing professional and friendly telephone-based assessments and authorization of claims.
  • Providing written confirmation of claims assessments and decisions.
  • Dealing with invoice payment queries.
  • Undertake general office duties from time to time when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two years’ customer service & claims handling experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Customer-centric.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
