Experienced and highly organised Team Leader required to work with some of the world’s most significant vehicles, overseeing the operations of the vehicle storage facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the storage site, ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient handling of vehicles, while leading and supporting a team of five staff members.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards.
ROLE: Oversee all vehicle storage operations, ensuring security, cleanliness, and proper documentation are maintained at all times.
Manage and lead the staff members, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and providing guidance and training where necessary.
Coordinate vehicle movements in and out of storage, liaising with the logistic team, service department, acquisitions department and clients.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations, conditions, and movements using internal management systems.
Ensure all vehicles are stored in accordance with company standards, including regular inspections, battery maintenance, tyre pressure checks, and fluid monitoring.
