Experienced Maintenance person required to maintain showrooms, private viewing sites and client areas to a five-star standard, ensuring that every detail of the facility reflects the prestige vehicles on show.

Previous experience in high-end environments (luxury hotels, private estates, or premium dealerships) will be advantageous, but not essential.

ROLE

  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and fix any aesthetic imperfections (scuffs on walls, lighting failures, floor marks).
  • Maintain specialized showroom flooring.
  • Ensure external signage, entrance gates, and landscaping are pristine.
  • Arranging via specialists plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
  • Manage HVAC filter changes and basic checks to ensure climate control is optimal for historic vehicle storage.
  • Oversee the maintenance of specialised equipment.
  • Coordinate with external contractors (security, fire safety, heavy maintenance).
