ROLE
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and fix any aesthetic imperfections (scuffs on walls, lighting failures, floor marks).
- Maintain specialized showroom flooring.
- Ensure external signage, entrance gates, and landscaping are pristine.
- Arranging via specialists plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
- Manage HVAC filter changes and basic checks to ensure climate control is optimal for historic vehicle storage.
- Oversee the maintenance of specialised equipment.
- Coordinate with external contractors (security, fire safety, heavy maintenance).
- Monitor chemical storage (detailing products, oils) and ensure compliance with site safety standards.
