As a campaign executive or senior campaign executive, you will make it easy for our international clients to receive value from SelectScience digital and content marketing campaigns and services. Being responsible for all aspects of campaign management and delivery (revenue), working in tandem with internal sales, editorial and operations colleagues towards a shared goal of ongoing client satisfaction and retention. It is envisaged that this is a full-time hybrid-working role with some attendance at the Bath office. This role reports to a client services manager.

- Be responsible for all aspects of a successful campaign delivery (revenue) for allocated clients.
- Provide exquisite ongoing client-facing customer service, building long-term relationships with clients.
- Regularly review the performance of campaigns against expectations, and proactively collaborate with other teams to optimise campaign performance and make recommendations to clients.
- Use cutting-edge digital project management, CRM, campaign delivery, AI tools and other systems (full training provided).

Essential
- 2+ years working within a professional services environment (publishing; marketing agency; events; science industry; scientific publishing; recruitment; other types of professional services). For senior campaign executive 3+ years of directly relevant experience in digital publishing, marketing or scientific services.
- A degree (or equivalent).
- Strong competency in using Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems and digital tools.
