Salary: £70,000–£90,000 Base | OTE £130k–£160k (Uncapped) | Full Benefits

Selective Search — specialist executive technology sales headhunters — are working with a fast-growing technology services and SaaS organisation to identify a Senior Sales Executive ready to step up into a high-impact, high-reward executive technology sales role. This is an exceptional platform for a hungry, talented technology sales professional to accelerate their career under outstanding leadership.
The Role
You will own the full technology sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts — from prospecting and discovery through to commercial close and handover to Customer Success.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of £500k–£5m technology sales opportunities
- Lead discovery, demo and proposal processes for mid-market and enterprise prospects
- Build relationships with key decision-makers — IT Directors, Heads of Technology, CFOs
- Close new business and negotiate commercial terms to agreed targets
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams
- Consistently hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of technology sales experience with a clear track record of hitting targets
- Ambition to progress into a senior executive technology sales leadership role
- Strong understanding of SaaS, Cloud or IT Services commercial models
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Hungry, disciplined, and energised by building new relationships from scratch
