This role is focussed on new logo acquisition within Financial Services and Insurance — one of the most lucrative and competitive verticals in UK technology.
The Role You will be the primary new business engine for the Financial Services and Insurance vertical, owning a high-value pipeline and closing complex, multi-million pound technology outsourcing and transformation deals at C-suite level.
Own new business development across UK Financial Services and Insurance markets
Build and maintain a pipeline of £10m–£100m TCV IT Outsourcing and Transformation opportunities
Engage CFO, CTO, CIO and COO to position complex technology value propositions
Lead bid and commercial teams on strategic pursuits through to contract closure
Build and leverage a deep network of FS/Insurance decision-makers, advisors and partners
What We Are Looking For Significant executive technology sales career at a Tier 1 Global IT Services, Outsourcing or Consulting organisation
Personally led and closed major IT Outsourcing, BPO or Transformation contracts in FS/Insurance
Established C-suite network within UK Banking, Insurance or Capital Markets
Expert in complex commercial models — pricing, TUPE, SLA structures, risk/reward mechanisms
Board-level presence and credibility — you walk into the room and own it
