This is a genuine opportunity to build and lead a world-class sales function from the ground up.

The Opportunity

  • Own the full new business and expansion revenue number — £15m ARR target in Year 1, scaling to £40m by Year 3
  • Build, hire and develop a high-performance team of AEs, SDRs and Sales Engineers across UK and Europe
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes, territories, compensation plans and forecasting cadences
  • Partner with the CEO and CRO on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and ICP refinement
  • Establish strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Product and Customer Success
  • Represent the business at board level and to key strategic investors and partners

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years leading high-performance tech sales teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Proven track record scaling a sales team from £5m to £30m+ ARR
  • Hands-on people leader — known for developing talent, not just managing numbers
  • Deep understanding of modern B2B SaaS sales motions: PLG, outbound, channel, and partner-led growth
  • Exceptional at forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision making
  • Inspirational communicator — as compelling in a team meeting as in a board presentation
