What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and leading the sales team from 5 to 20 people in 18 months
- Owning the £10M ARR target for year one
- Implementing sales methodology, CRM discipline and forecasting rigour
- Representing the business to investors and at industry events
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years SaaS sales, at least 2 in a leadership role
- Experience in PropTech, Real Estate or Construction technology preferred
- Strong operational and analytical approach to revenue management
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building in a high-growth environment
The Package:
