Selective Search — specialist in AI sales recruitment and senior commercial leadership recruitment — is exclusively retained by a Series C AI and data analytics business to find a Commercial Director. This is a board-level role owning all UK and European revenue, reporting directly to the CEO, with equity at Series C.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning £30M ARR target across UK and European markets
  • Building and leading a sales and customer success organisation of 25+
  • Driving commercial strategy, pricing and enterprise contract negotiation
  • Representing the business to investors, partners and at industry events

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years enterprise technology sales, minimum 5 at director level
  • Proven record scaling revenue from £10M to £50M+ ARR
  • AI, data analytics or ML background strongly preferred
  • Track record building and leading high-performing commercial organisations
