Selective Group are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ward Nurse to join our clients team in Norwich. Our client have an ongoing need for Ward Nurses at their private hospital, our client are committed to providing the highest standard of healthcare, with state-of-the-art facilities and a team of experienced professionals. Our clients surgical/orthopaedic ward focuses on providing specialized care for patients undergoing surgical procedures and orthopaedic treatments. Duties of a Ward Nurse: – Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting – Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans – Administer medications and treatments as prescribed – Monitor and report changes in patient\’s condition. – Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and care. – Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care Requirements of a Ward Nurse: * Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) * Previous experience working in a surgical/orthopaedic ward is highly desirable * Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays INDH Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
