Job description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a strong ability to engage with clients over the phone and provide them with relevant information that meets their needs. Duties * Outbound call customers and prospects alike to ensure sales targets are achieved * To be responsible for your own customer base * To identify and prospect for new business * To fully engage with all of the products we sell, including TRM, CE and wider group products * Positively engage with new products and new customers * Maintain an accurate customer and prospect database * Effectively and efficiently plan and schedule daily, weekly and monthly sales calls * To effectively communicate propositions and promotions to existing customers and prospects * Manage your debtor book and where necessary, tactfully and professionally encouraging your customers to honour our payment terms * Achieve exceptional levels of customer service * To become an expert in the products that we sell and the industry that we operate within * Ensuring that targets are achieved, and where negative variances occur, recovery plans are quickly devised and implemented Skills * At least 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service preferably in the automotive aftermarket or a similar environment * Excellent communicator both verbal and written * Experience of using ERP or similar software * Previous sales/purchase forecasting experience * Confident and dynamic * Proactive and commercial INDI Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year plus Commission and Bonus Additional pay: * Bonus scheme * Commission pay Benefits: * On-site parking Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday
