We are currently looking for multiple Support Workers in and around the Norwich area. We have ongoing vacancies, permanent and ad hoc shifts available.

Responsibilities for a Support Worker:

  • Making meals, drinks and snacks where necessary
  • Supporting with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning and financial transactions such as paying bills
  • Assisting residents with getting up in the morning, providing personal care including washing/bathing and dressing
  • Helping with undressing and going to bed in the evening, as well as providing help and ensuring medication is taken as required
  • Putting resident wellbeing at the heart of the service, going the extra mile to ensure our residents can live their best lives

Experience/Qualifications for our Support Workers:

  • Mandatory Care Certificate (Training can be provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Enhanced DBS (Assistance provided)

Other Information:

  • Multiple shifts on offer – days, nights & weekends
  • Pay - £13 - £14.00 per hour
