We are currently looking for multiple Support Workers in and around the Retford area. We have ongoing vacancies, permanent and ad hoc shifts available.
Responsibilities for a Support Worker:
- Making meals, drinks and snacks where necessary
- Supporting with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning and financial transactions such as paying bills
- Assisting residents with getting up in the morning, providing personal care including washing/bathing and dressing
- Helping with undressing and going to bed in the evening, as well as providing help and ensuring medication is taken as required
- Putting resident wellbeing at the heart of the service, going the extra mile to ensure our residents can live their best lives
Experience/Qualifications for our Support Workers:
- Mandatory Care Certificate (Training can be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Enhanced DBS (Assistance provided)
Other Information:
- Multiple shifts on offer β days, nights & weekends
- Pay β Β£13 β Β£14.00 per hour
