Selective Care are currently recruiting Care workers/health care assistants to provide care for clients to remain independent in their own homes. Selective Care seek compassionate and dedicated healthcare assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own home. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow care plans and a commitment to enhancing the well being of our service users.
Duties to include:
- Assist clients with daily activities including personal hygiene, dressing and meal preparations.
- Follow individual care plans and report any changes in service user’s conditions to the office.
- Drive to clients home as required ensuring timely arrival for scheduled visits.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in healthcare practices.
