The Sales Leader role:
As Sales Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our store — inspiring your team, elevating the customer experience, and helping drive performance every day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the team with positivity and professionalism
- Handling store opening/closing confidently and responsibly
- Working closely with the Store Manager on daily operations and planning
- Guiding, training, and mentoring new and existing team members
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and service-led environment for every customer
- Upholding Wrap’s high standards in visual merchandising and product knowledge
Who We’re Looking For
You’re someone who thrives in a premium retail environment and is ready to lead by example. You love what you wear, and you care about what you do. You bring:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in premium fashion retail
- A confident, warm communication style
- Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
- A strong sense of personal style and a passion for womenswear
- The right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to Notting Hill
