Selectiv Estate Agents are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Progressor to join our team. This role is responsible for managing agreed property sales through to completion, ensuring buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage advisers are kept informed throughout the process. You'll play a key role in helping transactions progress smoothly whilst delivering excellent customer service. The position can be based from any of our office locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Progressing residential property sales from offer agreed through to completion
- Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers, mortgage advisers and other agents
- Providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving issues that may delay transactions
- Maintaining accurate records and notes on company systems
- Working closely with colleagues to maximise successful completions
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing or a similar property-related role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional, positive and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
