Engineering Team Leader Location: Nottingham Salary: £46,000 + fantastic benefits package Hours: Monday to Friday Industry: Manufacturing We’re recruiting an Engineering Team Leader to join a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced, modern production environment. What’s on offer: * £46,000 salary * Fantastic benefits package * Monday to Friday working pattern * Modern, well-invested manufacturing site The role: * Lead, motivate and develop a team of maintenance engineers * Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery * Support electrical and mechanical fault-finding (ideal 60/40 split either way) * Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and to high standards * Drive reliability, continuous improvement and site performance What we’re looking for: * 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced engineering/manufacturing environment * Previous leadership or supervisory experience * Strong electrical or mechanical background with cross-discipline knowledge * Ability to read and understand electrical and pneumatic drawings A great opportunity for an experienced engineer ready to take the next step into leadership within a high-tech manufacturing facility
