CNC Setter/Operator – Permanent

Location: Crumlin, Northern Ireland

Salary: £38,000 per annum (based on 38 hours/week)

Shift Pattern

• Rotating: Mon-Wed (2 weeks) 07:30-19:50, Thu-Sat (2 weeks) 07:30-19:50, Mon-Thu (2 weeks) 21:45-07:30
• Fixed Nights: Mon-Thu 21:45-07:30

We\’re recruiting a CNC Setter/Operator to join a high-performing engineering facility, producing precision components to exacting standards.

The role

• Setting and operating multi-axis CNC turn/mill machines
• Proving out programmes and setting tooling
• Reading and working from ISO engineering drawings
• Producing high-quality components to tight tolerances
• Self-inspection using precision measuring equipment

What we\’re looking for

• NVQ Level 3 or time-served apprenticeship
• Experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment
• Multi-axis CNC machining experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge of Siemens controls (advantageous)
