We are looking for a dynamic full-time Supervisor in our Carlisle Store.

Showcasing the full Apple product line in a customer-friendly environment, Select is renowned for providing outstanding customer service. Whether you are a consumer or professional customer, you will enjoy friendly, knowledgeable advice and support at a store conveniently located near you. The training you will receive will give you the enviable position of being the first to hear about new Apple products and initiatives. You will be there to provide the excitement about the products which will naturally drive you to share your knowledge with your team members and customers alike.

You will be joining a Team which is extremely driven to not only meet but exceed all sales and service performance goals, all whilst demonstrating your personal ethos of 'no limits'. Above all else you are there to ensure that every customer receives the best experience of shopping with Select from the minute they walk into your store. Your role will be diverse and not just restricted to customer interaction. Job Summary

As a Supervisor working in our Carlisle store, you will be at the heartbeat of the sales floor. Your role will be to collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager as an integral part of the management team, cultivating a friendly environment where every customer is greeted as you would wish to be greeted and supporting your colleagues to do the same. We are looking for someone who can excel at meeting each and every customer's needs, enjoys providing tailor-made advice/support and can help to coach and develop this approach in your colleagues.

As the store's full-time Supervisor you will be there to help drive the store and support each store team member in reaching their collective and personal KPIs and targets. We are looking for someone who is driven to achieve and exceed in all aspects of the role. Operating at the core of our business, you will provide customers with their first impression of Select, Apple and your own store. You will utilise your exceptional listening skills and guide the customer through our Sales Process; identifying, selecting, purchasing, education, reinforcing and support. Essential Criteria of a Supervisor at Select

  • Sales driven to reach all targets set
  • Able to demonstrate supervisory experience

  • Flexible with schedules as hours will be based on business needs
  • Where possible, be able to help cover other stores should the need arise.
