Your Key Duties & Responsibilities: Take ownership of client queries, working with internal stakeholders to investigate and provide full resolution. Act as a client champion, delivering excellent client experience, increasing satisfaction, and contributing to retention and NPS. Respond to all client contact within an agreed timeframe. Investigate and respond to clients promptly, providing satisfactory resolutions aligned with company policies. Liaise with operational and technical teams to resolve client queries effectively. Behave as a brand ambassador, acting with integrity, diligence, and professionalism. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company procedures. Support training and upskilling of the client experience centre team. Create training materials and guides for the team. Implement quality checks and escalation procedures to ensure a seamless client experience. Assist in testing new systems and process changes, providing feedback for improvements. Support weekend cover on a rota basis. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by department leaders. Candidate Attributes: Positive attitude and resilience. Resourcefulness. Ability to drive results and collaborate across departments. Lead by example behaviors. Familiarity with O365 and CRM systems. Proven customer service experience in a similar role or industry.
