We are hiring a Regional Trainer to join our team to ensure our Service Technicians are trained on the machines they are asked to attend, improve our first time fix rate, and deliver a higher level of service to our customers.

In this role you will play a key part in working with our Area Technical Managers to identify the knowledge gaps within the field teams, and then devise and execute a deliverable plan to fill those gaps.
