Selecta is seeking a People Business Partner to join our UK HR team, delivering end-to-end HR partnership for our technical and operational functions.

You will collaborate with leaders on recruitment, onboarding, development, performance and organisational change to drive business performance and employee engagement.

You will lead employee relations, coach managers, and use people data to identify trends and mitigate risk while championing engagement and inclusion across the business.
