We are hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team who will be responsible for coordinating inbound supply activities and ensuring accurate demand forecasting for F&B categories. This role supports proactive inventory planning and supplier coordination to guarantee consistent availability of stock.

As such, we are uniquely positioned to address the needs of our clients and their consumers in the new hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate demand forecasts, including safety stock levels, based on usage trends, supplier performance, and site feedback.
- Raise and manage Planned, Ad-Hoc, Daily Express, and Standard Purchase Orders for multiple product categories, including manual input and system-based ordering.
- Perform Spares & Run Rates analysis, identifying part errors and monitoring forecast accuracy using tools and data from CMA quantity adjustments, cycle counts, and Costa reports.
- Provide cycle count support and lead stock audits in collaboration with warehouse teams and depot visits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance for seamless operational flow and reporting.
