Selecta is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions and specialist coffee services.

We are hiring a Fleet Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support, managing the day-to-day operational functions of the Selecta UK Ltd vehicle fleet.

Within the UK we deliver a national service, relied on and trusted by circa 3,500 businesses to serve tasty beverages and snacks at a variety of locations from workplaces to schools, universities and hospitals and everywhere in-between.

Responsibilities

  • To provide assistance to company fleet drivers in the event of accidents, breakdowns and general enquiries.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls relating to vehicle servicing, MOT’s, repair bookings and ad hoc short term vehicle hire.
  • Liaising with maintenance suppliers to minimise vehicle off road times and ensuring all relevant systems are updated.
  • Managing fuel cards on online platforms, monitoring usage and providing feedback /advice to line managers to educate our drivers in correct usage.
  • Managing licence checking for new and existing employees using online system and DVLA website.
  • Maintaining fleet related reports, ensuring trackers are kept up to date daily with high level of accuracy.
  • Processing parking fines and tracking expenditure.
  • Preparation of fleet reports using Excel and Power Point.

Requirements

  • Strong ICT skills – Excel to VLOOKUP standard and confident with using online portal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good telephone manner.
  • Flexibility to work in a support role.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, highly pressured environment.
