About The Role

We're looking for a commercially minded Trade Marketing & Growth Executive to support the delivery of supplier-funded trade marketing activity, strengthen digital engagement, and help drive qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline. This is a varied, hands‑on role at the intersection of marketing, sales and commercial partnerships. You'll manage key projects end‑to‑end, working closely with internal teams and external brand partners to deliver measurable growth. You'll gain exposure across trade marketing, digital content and lead management, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in commercial or revenue‑focused marketing.

Requirements

  • Trade Marketing and Commercial Partnerships
    • Own and manage Selecta UK's trade marketing calendar across supplier brand partners
    • Plan, coordinate and deliver trade marketing campaigns across our estate.
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and aligned to commercial objectives
    • Track and report on performance and ROI of trade marketing activity
  • Digital and Content Activation
    • Manage LinkedIn as the primary social media channel and scope to grow into others.
    • Create and schedule engaging content aligned to trade marketing and wider business activity
    • Translate campaign activity into digital content for social media and web
    • Support updates to website content and landing pages to ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging
  • Lead Management and Sales Enablement
    • Manage inbound marketing leads, ensuring timely qualification using agreed criteria
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are routed effectively and followed up
    • Maintain CRM data quality in collaboration with the CRM lead, supporting segmentation and targeting
    • Monitor lead progression and provide reporting on pipeline performance
    • Support the sales team with presentations, case studies and tender responses
  • Campaign Supporting and Reporting
    • Support wider marketing campaigns and initiatives as required
    • Assist with trade events and promotional activity
    • Track, analyse and report on key marketing KPIs across channels
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and impact

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years' experience in B2B marketing, sales, or a commercial role who is looking to develop in a fast‑paced, revenue‑focused environment. You will likely have:

  • Strong written communication and content creation skills
  • Confidence managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • An interest in both marketing and sales performance
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach to work
  • An understanding of social media and digital engagement (LinkedIn focus)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (desirable, not essential)
