What you will do
- Lead and deliver engineering projects across operational assets and existing buildings.
- Drive decarbonisation strategies and building performance improvement programmes.
- Act as a senior client partner, managing relationships and expectations and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality across all technical outputs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers within the team.
- Oversee surveys, technical reporting, commissioning, and post‑occupancy evaluations.
- Contribute to business development, including winning and securing new projects.
