What you will do

  • Lead and deliver engineering projects across operational assets and existing buildings.
  • Drive decarbonisation strategies and building performance improvement programmes.
  • Act as a senior client partner, managing relationships and expectations and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality across all technical outputs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers within the team.
  • Oversee surveys, technical reporting, commissioning, and post‑occupancy evaluations.
  • Contribute to business development, including winning and securing new projects.

Employment conditions

You will receive a salary in the range of £50,000 to £65,000 per year, supplemented by additional allowances and travel compensation. You will have the opportunity to further develop your career within a stable and growing consultancy, with a clear path toward senior leadership.
