Pay: £22 – £24 per hour (depending on qualifications)
Hours: 9 hours per day

Our client, a well-established civils subcontractor, is looking for a Groundworks Ganger / Working Foreman to join their site in Raskelf. This is a hands‑on leadership role, working alongside a team of groundworkers while keeping everyone on track. If you want steady, long‑term work with real prospects, this is the one for you.

Understanding the pay rates
- £22 per hour: CSCS card and proven civils experience
- £24 per hour: CSCS card and civils experience, plus additional qualifications such as plant tickets and SSSTS
What you’ll be doing
- Working alongside a team of groundworkers on solar farm projects
- Taking on a leadership role within the team, guiding and supporting colleagues
- Helping to keep work running safely, efficiently and to a high standard
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- Valid CSCS/CPCS card
- Experience in a civils background
Desirable:
- Plant tickets
- SSSTS
- Solar farm experience (an advantage, but not essential)
