Select are proud to be partnering exclusively with this innovative Norwich business once again, this time with their search for a confident, commercially-minded Business Development Manager to drive new business growth. Working with leading employers (including Times Top 100 businesses) across all sectors, they are young, ambitious, and growing rapidly. Profitable and positioning for significant growth. This is a sales-focused role working closely with their Head of Growth. You'll own prospecting, relationship-building, pitching, and closing business. It's fast-paced, rewarding, and offers unlimited earning potential through commission.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting & Pipeline
    • Research and identify decision-makers at target companies (FTSE 250 focus)
    • Use Apollo CRM, LinkedIn, and research tools to build prospect lists
    • Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
    • Qualify opportunities and nurture leads
  • Sales & Closing
    • Lead client presentations and pitches
    • Develop proposals and overcome objections
    • Close deals and secure new business
    • Manage sales pipeline and reporting
  • Relationships & Market
    • Build strong relationships with early-careers professionals
    • Attend industry events and conferences
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
    • Share market insights internally

Essential Experience
